policy.

This policy explains what information bezio.ai handles when you use our website, creative studio, and experimental Lab features, and the choices available to you.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to bezio.ai and the products, features, and services we make available through it (collectively, the “Service”). In this policy, “bezio,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Service.

This policy does not govern third-party websites or services that you may access through the Service. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies.

Information we collect

We collect information in the following categories:

  • Account information. When you sign in with Google, we may receive your name, email address, profile image, verification status, and the identifiers needed to maintain your account and sign-in session.
  • Registration context. At first registration, we may record an approximate country and broad device details such as device type, operating system, browser name, and major browser version. We do not persist a raw IP address or full user-agent string for this purpose.
  • Content and generation data. We process prompts, reference images, uploads, scene or pose instructions, generation settings, generated images or videos, job status, error information, and related file metadata.
  • Account activity. We keep information about your credit balance and credit transactions, generation history, stored assets, and actions such as uploading or deleting an asset.
  • Technical and usage information. Our infrastructure may process IP address, request time, browser and device information, referring pages, diagnostic logs, security events, and interactions with the Service.
  • Communications. If you contact us, we receive the information in your message and any information you choose to provide.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in prompts or uploads unless it is genuinely necessary and you are authorized to provide it.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • provide authentication, generation, storage, download, account, and credit features;
  • send your instructions and reference content to the AI provider needed to complete a request;
  • operate, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Service;
  • understand broad usage patterns and evaluate product performance;
  • prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and violations of our Terms of Service;
  • communicate with you about the Service and respond to requests; and
  • comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect users, bezio, and others.

We do not use your prompts, uploads, or outputs to train our own foundation models unless we first obtain your consent. AI providers may handle submitted content under their applicable contracts and policies.

AI and service providers

The Service depends on specialist providers. Depending on the feature you use, information may be processed by Google for sign-in; Convex for authentication, account data, generation jobs, and real-time application data; Amazon Web Services for hosting and private object storage; fal.ai and the model providers available through it for image or video generation; and OpenRouter and model providers available through it for certain experimental Lab instructions.

To fulfill a generation request, we may send the provider your prompt, settings, reference content, and the minimum technical information required to run the request. Provider-hosted results may be retrieved and copied to our private storage. Experimental Lab requests may be processed without an account and may not be saved by bezio, but they are still transmitted to the relevant provider.

Providers may process information in other countries and may retain limited request information for security, abuse prevention, or service operation under their own terms. Avoid submitting content you are not comfortable sending to these providers.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information:

  • to infrastructure, authentication, storage, analytics, support, and AI service providers acting on our behalf or as otherwise described above;
  • when you direct us to share it or use a feature that necessarily transmits it to a third party;
  • to comply with law, legal process, or a valid government request, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service;
  • in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or transfer of all or part of the Service, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections; and
  • in aggregated or de-identified form that is not reasonably capable of identifying you.

Retention

We retain account and service data for as long as your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Stored assets remain until you delete them or they are removed as part of account closure or a documented retention process. Deleting an asset removes it from active product records and storage, though limited copies may persist temporarily in backups, logs, or provider systems.

Retention periods vary by data type, sensitivity, legal requirements, and operational need. When information is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it. Third-party providers apply their own retention schedules to information they process.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These include authenticated access checks, private storage for account assets, time-limited access links, encryption in transit, and restricted service credentials. No service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting access to your sign-in provider and for notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

International transfers

bezio and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as contractual protections or an adequacy mechanism.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to appeal a decision or complain to a data-protection authority. You may also delete individual assets from the Service.

To exercise a privacy right or request account deletion, email privacy@bezio.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and similar browser storage that are necessary for authentication, security, and core functionality. We also store preferences such as your selected visual theme in local storage. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies. If we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising technologies that require consent, we will provide the controls required by applicable law.

Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to the Service, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service or law changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice when required.
