Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using bezio.ai and the products, features, and services available through it (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes the organization.
Accounts
Some features require an account created through a supported sign-in provider. You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless caused by our breach of these Terms.
You may not share or sell account access, create accounts through automated means without permission, impersonate another person, or use the Service after we have suspended or terminated your access. We may rely on communications made through your authenticated account.
The Service and AI features
The Service provides tools for creating, editing, storing, and managing images, video, scenes, poses, and related creative material. Some features use third-party artificial-intelligence models. AI output is probabilistic: the same input may produce different results, and output may be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended use.
You must independently review output before publishing, distributing, or relying on it. The Service is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, financial, safety, or other expert advice. Features marked as “Lab,” experimental, preview, or beta may be less reliable, may have usage limits, and may change or end without notice.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to create, upload, request, store, or distribute content or engage in conduct that:
- violates law, regulation, court order, or another person’s rights, including intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or data-protection rights;
- sexually exploits or endangers a child, depicts sexual content involving minors, or facilitates grooming or abuse;
- promotes terrorism, violent extremism, credible threats, targeted harassment, or instructions to cause serious harm;
- creates deceptive impersonation, fraud, non-consensual intimate imagery, or misleading synthetic media without appropriate rights, consent, and disclosure;
- contains malware, attempts to bypass safeguards, probes or disrupts the Service, scrapes it without permission, or accesses another user’s account or content;
- uses automated means in a way that unreasonably burdens the Service, evades quotas or credit controls, or resells access without our written permission; or
- assists others in doing any of the above.
You are responsible for ensuring your use and distribution of output complies with applicable law and any disclosure or labeling duties. We may remove content, block requests, preserve evidence, or restrict access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or protect the Service and others.
Your content and outputs
“Input” means prompts, uploads, reference media, instructions, and other material you submit. “Output” means material generated for you by the Service. You retain ownership of your Input. You represent that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents needed for us and our providers to process it.
You grant bezio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, modify, and otherwise process Input and Output solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service; comply with law; and enforce these Terms. This license lasts only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, subject to backup, legal, and security retention.
As between you and bezio, and to the extent permitted by law, you own Output generated for you. Because laws concerning AI-generated material vary, we do not guarantee that Output is eligible for copyright or other protection. Output may not be unique, and other users may receive similar material. You are responsible for checking whether Input or Output infringes, misappropriates, or otherwise violates third-party rights before using it.
Credits and payments
Certain features consume credits. The Service will display the applicable credit cost before a generation request where practicable. Credits are a limited license to use designated Service features; they are not currency, have no cash value, and may not be transferred or resold. Promotional credits may be subject to additional limits or an expiration disclosed when granted.
We may change credit costs or allocations prospectively. A generation request may reserve or deduct credits when submitted. The Service may automatically return credits for an eligible failed or canceled job, but credits consumed by a provider request, an experimental feature, or a request that produced an output may be non-refundable. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of the paid billing period; eligible failed-generation refunds are credited separately under the displayed credit policy. Cancellation stops renewal and leaves the paid period available through its end. The price and any applicable tax details are shown at checkout.
Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, interface, branding, design, documentation, and all content we provide other than your Input and Output, is owned by bezio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
Except where law permits otherwise, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service, or remove proprietary notices. No rights are granted by implication.
Third-party services
The Service relies on or may link to third-party services, including authentication, cloud hosting, storage, model-routing, and AI-generation providers. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, models, content, or acts, and we do not guarantee their continued availability or the legality of their outputs in every jurisdiction.
Feedback
If you send ideas, suggestions, or other feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or compensation. This does not give us ownership of your Input or Output.
Changes and availability
We may add, change, limit, or discontinue features; adjust supported models, quotas, credit costs, or storage limits; or temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, or compatibility with any particular model or workflow. Keep independent copies of content you need.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or limit features if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, fail to pay an amount due, or if operation of the Service is no longer commercially or technically practical.
Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue. We may act immediately for serious abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or harm to others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnity, and dispute terms—will survive.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all Output are provided “as is” and “as available.” bezio and its suppliers disclaim all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and that content will be secure or preserved.
We do not warrant that Output is unique, accurate, lawful, non-infringing, or suitable for publication or commercial use. You use the Service and Output at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, bezio and its affiliates, licensors, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity; or the cost of substitute services, arising from or related to the Service, even if advised that such damage was possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, their total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid bezio for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability or US$100. These limits apply regardless of the legal theory and do not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless bezio and its affiliates, personnel, licensors, and suppliers from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your Input, Output, use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by bezio’s own breach or unlawful conduct.
Disputes and governing law
Before filing a formal claim, you and bezio agree to try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days after one party sends written notice describing the issue and requested resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes will be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to proceed elsewhere.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using a small-claims procedure where available. Mandatory rights and remedies under the law where you live remain unaffected.
General terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and bezio concerning the Service unless additional terms are presented for a particular feature. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only as much as necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Service. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.
